The Doha City Centre expansion project in Qatar will feature five new five-star hotels each fitted with Tredaire Technics 5 carpet underlay.
The project to construct five towers with direct links to the existing Doha Mall, already one of the biggest in the Gulf, is due for completion this year. The towers will have 50-storey five star hotels from Marriott, Rotana Tower and Hong Kong’s Shangri-La groups.
Around 20,000 square metres of Tredaire Technics 5 is being supplied for installation with custom designed Axminster carpets in the public areas. “They want a high specification double-stick underlay for use with luxury carpets to give underfoot comfort, stability and a quality look,” said Interfloor export director Tony Capon. “Our Technics 5 fits their requirements exactly as it has a proven history of trouble-free installation in most of the region’s best known hotels.”
