Helping retailers sell more is a common goal for Victoria Carpets of Kidderminster and Interfloor, so we were delighted to support Victoria Carpets’ retailer training courses in 2007, and are pleased to say that we will be doing so again in 2008.
The two-day courses aim to give as much information and support as possible to customers, whilst advising and educating newcomers to the industry. The agenda covers yarn technology, dyes, carpet manufacturing, and Victoria Carpets’ operations. It also includes a fitting demonstration on day two, which is where Interfloor comes in. The hands-on fitting demonstration shows delegates how to install gripper, underlay and carpet using the latest tools, technology and products.
